Our definition of a volunteer is any person who identifies with our vision, mission and the mandate of our organization and voluntarily donates his/her time, personal resources, funds, professional expertise and other services that may be required to advance the cause  which ACHL  is pursuing

Volunteers are not placed on any salary or entitled to any form of compensation but may benefit from our capacity building, career advancement and leadership development programmes.  However, we are committed to providing an enabling environment, resources needed for the successful performance of tasks, office space, and transportation allowance where possible.   Volunteers who perform well during the service periods are given top priority in filling any vacancies that become available in ACHL in future whether during the volunteer service period or after disengagement as a volunteer.
